Our Story
Dirty Medics J'ouvert is Trinidad Carnival's high-octane paint and powder movement — where the dawn belongs to the wild ones. For a decade we have led the charge as the road wakes up, turning the streets into a canvas of colour, rhythm and pure release. Every year our masqueraders show up ready to be reborn in paint, powder and pulsating soca, and every year we push the experience further.
Our 2027 season marks our 10-year anniversary. To honour a decade on the road we're bringing back a limited black Panther edition alongside the wild Cheetah pack — a signature look that captures everything Dirty Medics has come to stand for: unfiltered energy, tight crew culture, and mas that hits harder the deeper into the morning you go.
The package is built for the road. Your section wear, drinks on the route, and full access to our band amenities are all covered — so you can focus on the music, the paint and the people around you. Our music trucks are curated for J'ouvert, our security and medical teams run the perimeter, and our route is designed to keep the energy moving from first light to last drop.
